At BizLens (operated under Hero-Apps / Divina Endeavors LLC), we believe your photo gallery is deeply personal. BizLens was engineered from day one to separate your business product photography from your personal life. We do not sell your personal data, we do not monetize your photos, and we do not use your private images to train public or foundational AI models.
2. Information We Collect and Process
Selected Photo Imagery
BizLens only accesses and processes photos that you explicitly choose to scan, categorize, or organize. We never conduct silent background scans of your entire device gallery without your explicit trigger.
Visual Analysis Data
When you run an AI classification scan, transient image embeddings and feature descriptors are processed via secure serverless visual intelligence (AWS Bedrock / Nova AI) solely to generate product categories, descriptive SEO filenames, and metadata tags.
Account & Subscription Data
If you subscribe to BizLens Pro or Studio, payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We never collect, process, or store your credit card or financial account credentials.
3. How Your Photos Are Processed & Stored
- Local-First Control: All renamed photos and metadata tags remain on your Android device unless you enable Wi-Fi Cloud Backup.
- Cloud Backup Encryption: When Cloud Backup is activated, your organized images are transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption and stored in private, isolated AWS S3 buckets linked exclusively to your authenticated user identifier.
- No Model Training on Private Photos: Your business photos and metadata are strictly confidential and are never used to train public machine learning datasets.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work only with enterprise infrastructure partners who maintain SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance certifications:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Secure Bedrock AI inference and encrypted S3 cloud storage.
- Google Cloud & Firebase: Authentication services and backend synchronization.
- RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: Receipt verification and subscription entitlement management.
5. User Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Regardless of your geographic location, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of all personal metadata stored in your account.
- Request immediate and permanent deletion of your account and cloud backup files.
- Opt out of cloud synchronization at any time.
