By accessing or using the BizLens mobile application or website (operated by Hero-Apps / Divina Endeavors LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions and Payments
BizLens offers premium subscription plans (Pro and Studio) via Google Play Billing. Payments are charged to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel or manage your subscriptions at any time through the Google Play Store settings.
2. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and commercial rights to all photos, filenames, tags, and catalog assets created or processed through BizLens. BizLens claims no intellectual property rights over your images.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
BizLens is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our AI categorization and SEO naming algorithms strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that AI classifications will always be error-free or that specific search engine rankings will be achieved.
